The following principles are crucial to defining the quality policy and determining the long-term strategic plan of the company:

1) Quality workmanship and customer satisfaction as the key principle behind the company’s activities respect the binding principles of quality management pursuant to the STN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.

2) Continual improvement of the quality of work performed by the company represents a prerequisite of the work style of all our staff.
3) With the aim of providing the highest possible quality of products and services, the company focuses on extending its product portfolio to include products of the highest parameters, greater sophistication, added value and a higher share of custom-made customer solutions – a key systemic approach of the company.
4) The company considers the fierce competition on today’s market a challenge for further improvement of the quality of the company’s activities, while respecting the Code of Ethics.
